Recycling

Darthaven Marina is proactive in doing what it can to protect and preserve the environment. As a part of this endeavour, we recycle as much material as possible and appreciate our customers' help in separating their waste and using the receptacles we provide.

At present, we recycle:

	Glass bottles	bottle bank, or by the waste skips.
	Cardboard	behind skip in car park, or by main skip.
	Newspapers	by main skip.
	Clean plastic bottles	by main skip.
	Waste oil/diesel (not petrol)	under black railway bridge.
	Oil filters	by waste oil tank or by engineer’s workshop.
	Lead acid batteries	near main skip.
	Anodes	near main skip.
	Stainless steel	near main skip.

Please take your out of date flares to the coastguard stations.
